View Other Answers I've never really stopped believing in Santa Claus and I'm 24. Honestly. My belief slowly changed from the childlike faith in a man who can make it all over the world in a single night to the belief that Santa is, more importantly, the spirit of the Christmas season. For me, Santa is the warm fuzzy feeling you get when you see Christmas lights or the joy in a child's eyes at all the beauty and wonder of a season that has yet to become a stressful time for them. |

The June 6th Battle of the Bands was made of win and bullshit. I say it was made of win because the guys rocked harder than hard. Awesome job, Jormungand! It was made of bullshit because the guys that should have won got second to a punk band that only played covers. We should have gotten third. the 2 bands that got 2nd and third should have each been moved up one place. Should WE have won? NO. I do NOT believe that it was a first place performance and I said so at the time. Before the winners were announced I told J that I expected us to get third at least but that was really all I expected. It was a hardcore disappointment to have lost completely but the guys are determined to keep up with the music and practices. We have a show on July 7th (subject to change) that we're working for now. Ok, so since I've been pimping a pic of Yunie on Ay-lee's LJ, I figured I'd make a formal introduction. Meet Yunie my Digicam! Bry (see previous post) named her Yuna but I liked Yunie better. We thought about Sephiroth because my cam is all silver and Sephi has that sexy silver hair (as does Sesshie) but the cam is just so delicate and feminine looking that Yunie stuck. XD The pic of Bry and myself in the previous entry is a sample of the quality of pics created with Yunie. |
